     ITD provides full service delivery of all types of buildings, from conceptual design to final decoration and fitting out. 

Buildings for the public and private sectors have been a mainstay of ITD's operations from its earliest days. 

To meet the challenges offered by building developer's free-thinking designers, ITD has applied new technologies and construction techniques to successfully complete on time and within budget the following classes of buildings:

1. Bangkok Garden Condominium (January 1995-March 1999)

A group of 15 residential buildings each 18 storeys with total service area of 186,500 m2, including shopping plazas, a swimming pool and road pavement.

2. CAT Telecommunication center Building (February 1995-September 1997)

A 5 storey building for the international telecommunication center for transmission of the SPC II (ITSC II) system network.

1. The Grand Regent (January 1995 - June 1997)

  • A 25 storey residential condominium with a total service area of 34,300 m2.

2. Center Point Wittayu Building (December 2001 - May 2003)

  • A 27 storey office building, including a 4 level basement, with a total service area of 42,700 m2.

3. Chalerm Phrabharamee Building, Siriraj Hospital (March 1999 - April 2002)

  • A 24 storey out-patient building with a total service area of 40,000 m2.

Experience

• Asian University of Science and Technology (May 1997 - September 1998)
A university complex comprising a 5 storey Service Academic building of 17,800 m2 , a 2 storey sport complex of 5,000 m2 and a 4 storey dormitory of 13,600 m2 .
• Facilities for 13th Asian Games Project (August 1996 - May 1998)
AthleteVillage : 23 buildings in 5 forms with a total service area of 283,200 m 2 providing 4,900 accommodation units and all facilities for athletes. Gymnasiums : 7 gymnasiums for basketball, table tennis, martial arts, badminton, sepak takraw, fencing and handball with a total area of 64,000 m2 and seating capacity for 35,000 spectators.
• Northern Bus Terminal Building (Mor Chit 2) (November 1996 - December 1997)
A 4 storey regional bus terminal passenger building with a total service area of 25,000 m2 , A 2 storey departure building of 3,400 m2 and 49,000 m2 of roads and parking.
• Talad Thai Market Building (December 1996 - July 1998)
A large market building covering 280,000 m 2 and 3 storey shop buildings housing 930 small wholesale outlets with a total service area of 231,000 m2

Erection of a 63 storey (plus 6 basement levels), steel framed office building with a total service area of 271,000 m2 , using 25,550 t of steel.

A 29 storey office building with a total service area of 96,000 m2 .
• The Stock Exchange of Thailand Building (October 1995 - October 1997)
A 20 storey office building including 1 basement level with total service area 20,000 m2 .
• Italthai Tower (October 1994 - September 1997)
A 43 storey office building, including a basement level and an 8 floor car parking area, with a total service area of 134,900 m2 , and an adjacent 5 storey entertainment and restaurant building plus a basement level, with a total service area of 8,100 m2.
• Queen Sirikit Building, Chulalongkorn Hospital (April 1993 - June 1994)
A 23 storey hospital with a total service area of 46,000 m2 .
• Head Office of Thai Farmers Bank (June 1993 - September 1995)
A 42 storey intelligent building with a total service area of 128,000 m2 housing the bank's Operations Center and a separate Computer Center building.
• Seacon Square Shopping Center (May 1992 - June 1995)
A mega shopping center with 6 storey and 2 basement levels, with a total service area of 500,000 m2 .
• United Nations Conference Building (September 1992 - April 1995)
The conference center for UN - ESCAP, with a service area of 50,000 m2 comprising a 4 storey concrete framed structure with 2 basement levels and 4 conference halls.
• United States of America Embassy (September 1992 - August 1995)
A new 5 storey embassy building with a total service area of 13,900 m2 .

A 42 storey office building and shopping complex, with a total service area of 113,000 m2 .
• Amari Watergate Hotel (December 1990 - August 1993)
A 32 storey hotel with 575 rooms and a total service area of 100,000 m2 .
• Royal Cliff Garden Condominium (December 1988 - October 1991)
A resort complex of 4 high-rise buildings, ranging from 20 to 22 storeys, with a total service area of 100,000 m2 .
• Amanpuri Resort Hotel (February 1987 - October 1987)
A resort hotel comprising of a guest house and 40 bungalows.
• King Bhumipol Building, Chulalongkorn Hospital (May 1987 - February 1989)
A 24 storey out-patient building with a total service area of 40,000 m2 .
• Akarn Terd Prakiat King Rama 9 (August 1986 - November 1987)
A 2 storey multi-purpose building with a 60 m high spire, housing an exhibition hall and an auditorium, With a total service area of 6,500 m2 .

A luxury beach hotel in Phuket with 5 storey and 240 rooms.
• Head Office of Thai Airways International (August 1985 - December 1987)
A 22 storey head office building with a gross area of 44,300 m2 , plus a 5 floor car park building with a total parking area of 16,500 m2.
• Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel (July 1980 - July 1983)
An 800 room five star hotel of 28 storey and a total area of 60,000 m2 on the east bank of the Chao Phraya river.
• Oriental Hotel Extension (1974 - 1975)
The extension of the luxury five star Oriental Hotel including 372 rooms, a ballroom and a 5 level car park.
