Pol.Lt. Chatrachai Bunya-Ananta- Chairman, Mr. Premchai Karnasuta,President and The Board of Directors of ITD (Italian-Thai Development PCL) held on the Annual General Meeting of shareholders for 2012 at 37 Fl.,  Italthai Tower.

The signing ceremony for the permanent flood wall construction between Nava Nakorn Public Company Limited (NNCL), by General Akaradej Sasiprapa, Chairman and Italian-Thai Development Public Company Limited (ITD) by Mr.Premchai Karnasuta , President and Mrs. Nijaporn Charanachitta , Director and Senior Executive Vice President , at the Plaza Athénée Bangkok on April 4, 2012. The project scope is to construct a Concrete Flood Wall Protection and to rehabilitate the entrance of the Navanakorn industrial estate with the total length of 20 kilometers. This project is worth Baht 790.88 Million (including VAT) and the construction period is 7 months.

เป็นการก่อสร้างเขื่อนป้องกันน้ำท่วม และงานปรับปรุงคันดิน ถนน ทางเข้าหลัก และงานสะพาน ซึ่งมีมูลค่าโครงการ
2,172,100,000 (รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม) ระยะเวลาการก่อสร้าง 7 เดือน
